We operate the Purpose Driven Profit™ ecosystem, including:

• Coaching programmes (e.g., Purpose Driven Course Creation Mastery, Message-to-Market Accelerator)

• Purpose-to-Profit Circle™ membership

• AI tools (GiftPath AI, Sermon-to-Book Builder™, The Assessor, The Architect, The Scribe, etc.)

• Digital products, workshops, challenges, summits, templates, and trainings.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

By using our services or purchasing any product, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years old

• Have the legal capacity to enter contracts

• Agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions

• Agree that use of our AI tools and materials remains your responsibility for accuracy and compliance in your own context

If you do not agree, do not use our services.

3. SERVICES OFFERED

We provide:

• Online workshops, challenges, and trainings

• Coaching programmes and memberships

• Digital products (courses, templates, worksheets, guides, scripts)

• AI-powered tools for content creation, analysis, and support

• Done-for-you services (Purpose Launchpad™)

Access is delivered via Systeme.io, MindPal, email, and other platforms.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 General

All pricing is displayed in GBP (£) or USD ($), depending on the offer.
Payment is processed through Stripe, PayPal, or GoCardless.

4.2 No Refund Policy

Unless stated otherwise on a specific product page, all sales are final for:

• Digital products

• AI tools and templates

• Workshops and challenges

• Coaching programmes

• The Purpose-to-Profit Circle™

• The Purpose Launchpad™ (application-only)

Because digital access is provided immediately and coaching spaces are limited, we do not provide refunds or cancellations once a purchase or payment plan has begun.

4.3 Payment Plans

Where payment plans are offered:

• You agree to complete all instalments

• Failed payments must be resolved within 7 days

• Access may be paused for overdue payments

• Early cancellation of a payment plan does not release you from the full amount owed

5. USE OF AI SERVICES AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS

5.1 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you input into our AI tools or coaching systems.

5.2 AI Outputs

We provide AI-generated text, insights, outlines, and drafts.
You are responsible for:

• Reviewing all AI-generated outputs

• Ensuring accuracy

• Ensuring compliance with your theological, legal, or organisational standards

5.3 Prohibited Use

You must not use our AI tools or content to:

• Train other AI systems

• Create competing products

• Violate intellectual property laws

• Generate harmful, unlawful, or unethical materials

6. ACCESS TO MEMBERSHIP, COURSES & DOWNLOADS

6.1 Access Rights

• Digital products come with lifetime access unless stated otherwise

• Membership access continues while subscription is active

• Coaching programme access is limited to the programme duration

• Workshop replays may have time-limited access

6.2 Revocation of Access

We reserve the right to revoke access for:

• Breach of Terms

• Abusive behaviour

• Intellectual property violations

• Misuse of our AI tools or communities

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials created by Maximum Life Coaching LTD—workbooks, frameworks, scripts, templates, diagrams, AI tools, processes, systems, and trainings—are protected by copyright.

You may not:

• Share your login with others

• Republish or resell our materials

• Present our frameworks as your own

• Copy our course structures for commercial sale unless explicitly licensed

You may use the materials within your own personal or ministry work, but not to create derivative commercial products without permission.

8. CONDUCT & COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

You agree to:

• Participate respectfully in any coaching calls, group spaces, or communities

• Maintain confidentiality of other participants

• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or promotion of harmful content

We reserve the right to remove anyone who breaches these expectations.

9. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Our programmes, workshops, and tools are designed to help you gain clarity, build purpose-driven offers, and grow your ministry or business.

However:

• We do not guarantee financial results

• Your results depend on your effort, decisions, context, and execution

• Testimonials are individual experiences, not promises

You acknowledge that all business carries risk and your outcomes are your responsibility.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to services

• We are not responsible for third-party platform outages or failures (Systeme.io, Stripe, MindPal, etc.)

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service.

11. DATA PROTECTION

Our handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access without refund if:

• You breach these Terms

• You misuse our systems

• You violate intellectual property rules

• You fail to complete agreed payment plans
