Meet Your Host...

My name is Uche Okere. I’m a pastor, a university academic here in England, and someone who has spent years living in the tension between calling, structure, and real-world responsibility.

Alongside pastoring, I work in higher education, which has trained me to think rigorously, communicate clearly, and build frameworks that help people move from insight to action. Over the years, I’ve worked with pastors, Christian professionals, and purpose-driven leaders who know they carry something significant, yet struggle to translate it beyond church walls.

Much of my work now focuses on helping people do exactly that — clarifying their message, structuring their calling, and developing practical pathways for impact through books, courses, and marketplace-facing expressions of their assignment.

This Summit is not theoretical for me. It emerges from lived experience — from walking with people who are faithful, capable, and sincere, yet stuck between revelation and deployment.

My role here is not to position myself as the answer, but to help you orient yourself clearly, so you can step into 2026 with wisdom, structure, and integrity.

Yes, full replays will be available for all sessions. While attending live allows you to engage more fully with the flow of the summit, you won’t miss out if you need to catch up later.

Will this be practical, or mainly teaching?
